2004 Company Cabaret "No Musicals Allowed."

The third installment of a new wave of Playhouse entertainment was like nothing before it. For two nights only, Playhouse On the Square tossed the sets and costumes in favor of bare-bones, foot-stomping, dance-inducing music. Playhouse performers took the microphone and jammed to Billy Joel, Ben Folds, Rick Springfield, and a myriad of others while backed by a full band of Memphis talent.
