  • Playhouse on the Square Theatre (347 seats) plus Main Lobby: $2500 (PR), $1500 (NFPR)
  • The Circuit Playhouse Theatre (219 seats) plus Lobby: $1500 (PR), $1000 (NFPR)

Party/Event/Meeting Spaces

  • Rooftop Garden (POTS) $1000 (PR), $750 (NFPR)
    • Each additional hour: $200 (PR), $150 (NFPR)
  • Cafe (POTS): $750 (PR), $650 (NFPR)
  • Penthouse (POTS) available after April 1, 2011: $750 (PR), $650 (NFPR)
  • Event Room/Rehearsal Studio A (POTS): $650 (PR), $550 (NFPR)
  • Memphian Room/Conference Room (CP): $600 (PR), $500 (NFPR)

Additional Personnel Available

  • Bartender: $20 per hour. Hours include set-up and clean-up of the event
  • Lighting Engineer: $100

Prices above do include a manager onsite during the rental period. Prices listed above do not include: Technical Support/Support Staff/Bar/Equipment Rental All rates are for a 4 hour block of time which must include set-up/decorations and clean-up.

Props Rentals

The Playhouse on the Square props department has the following items available for rental:

Rigged weapons

  • Sword thru the neck
  • Blood dispensing knife
  • Collapsible cane

Other weapons

  • Model 1873 Single Action Revolver (fires blanks)
  • 3 Assault Rifle Look-a-Likes (Non-firing BB guns)
  • 2 Sawed Off Assault Rifle Look-a-Likes (Non-firing BB guns)
  • Matching sword and dagger from Starfire Swords. Sword is 24" and dagger is 12"
  • Two matching daggers (smaller - 6" blades)
